We are looking for a hands-on, analytical and proactive person, with strong experience in acquiring and a 100% hunter profile, capable of acting in the PAP with energy, consistency and opportunity vision.
We are looking for someone who transforms data into smart decisions, understands the customer in depth and has the courage to test, adjust and make things happen. If you are driven by challenges, like opening doors, generating new opportunities and want to grow in an operation that evolves quickly — this is your place.
- Active and qualified prospecting, acting with autonomy in the sales funnel.
- Portfolio management and expansion, strengthening relationships and generating new opportunities.
- Negotiation of rates and conditions with greater independence.
- Transformation of data and indicators into insights for operational improvement.
- Structured weekly planning, with critical analysis of KPIs.
- Active participation in field activities, opening doors and testing solutions.
Qualifications
- Reside in the Belo Horizonte/MG region
- Higher education desirable (business areas are a plus).
- Experience in consultative B2B/B2C sales.
- Experience in the acquiring, retail or payment methods segment.
- Proficiency in Office suite, especially Excel.
- Proactive profile, responsible and results-oriented.
- Own vehicle and active driver's license (Category B).
