Job Description
- Interaction with executives involved in SME business management to report results and discuss operation strategy;
- Analyze sales projections and compare them with targets, evaluating performance;
- Create action plans to address any gaps;
- Monitor and control KPIs for SME business management;
- Prepare executive presentations to demonstrate results;
- Be the point of contact for alignment of topics with all stakeholders (sales, pre-sales, products, customer success, etc);
- Contact with the sales team, at all levels, capturing qualitative information for refinement of commercial planning;
Qualifications
- Good ability to engage and articulate diverse topics;
- Good executive communication skills;
- Analytical profile; Knowledge and experience in sales operations and sales planning;
- Knowledge and experience in KPI modeling for sales management;
- Good communication adapted according to the audience;
- Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel;
- Desirable knowledge of English and Salesforce.
