Job Description

Ability to identify and close new business opportunities in the insurance, pensions, and health sectors and to maintain and grow relationships with key existing clients, meeting the assigned budget and senior portfolio compliance.

Foster company growth through the identification, development, and maximization of business opportunities with key clients and high-value prospects, with a focus on strategic industries such as insurance, health insurance providers, social security, and financial services, understanding business needs and generating long-term commercial relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead your territory, manage relationships, opportunities, relevant events, strategic information, and any other input that facilitates the company's positioning.
  • Lead training sessions where through consultative techniques you link business needs with use cases.
  • Manage and develop strategic relationships with clients and prospects in sectors such as insurance, health insurance providers, social security, and financial services, identifying growth opportunities aligned with business needs and the company's solution portfolio.
  • Identify compelling reasons why the customer should act with a high sense of urgency to invest in a solution like the one offered.
  • Understand the customer's value chain, their main market differentiators, as well as strategic challenges including competitor behavior.
  • Develop business relationships with decision-makers beyond the responsible department.
  • Build high-value proposals that include success cases, industry needs, and technical knowledge from the team.
  • Apply the company's proprietary solution sales methodology to drive the development of your opportunities.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Industrial Engineer, Business Administrator, Social Communicator, Lawyer.

Experience:

  • 3 years of commercial experience in the insurance sector or related fields
  • Minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the services sector and consultative sales.

Competencies:

  • Skills to assertively identify customer needs, generating new opportunities and closing new business. (Good objection handling).
  • Skills for maintenance, management, and growth of accounts delivered in the portfolio.
  • Excellent relationship building, creating and maintaining long-term customer relationships. (External Customer and Internal Customer)
  • Communication skills (Verbal and Non-verbal).
  • Good ability to argue and persuade.
  • High negotiation capacity, strategic approach.
  • High organization and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and effectively.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Customer orientation and focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Persistent, resilient, ambitious, proactive, and solution-oriented
