Overview
You will join the Group Security Planning & Models Monitoring office, reporting directly to the Chief Security Officer, and will be responsible for the governance and monitoring of the overall spending (Capital Budget and Operating Expenses) of the Area, which includes both Cybersecurity and Corporate and Physical Security. You will interface with internal and external structures (e.g., CFO, Cost Management). You will support the centralized management of security spending through analysis and monitoring activities, executive reporting to the Chief, and coordination of the Area's budget committees.
What your activities will be
- Centralized management of CSeO Area spending activities, including budget planning and activation, forecasting, and negotiation with the involved functions
- Support in the end-to-end governance of security budget processes (Capex/Opex), ensuring oversight and compliance with internal processes and the correct use of supporting tools
- Monitoring of Capex utilization and investment progress
- Monitoring of expenditure for cost control (variances, trends, and historical analysis)
- Monitoring of economic-financial KPIs and investment performance
- Preparation of executive reporting on the budget and Area spending KPIs for top management
- Coordination of budget committees and support for allocation and spending decisions
- Continuous alignment with internal and external stakeholders on spending targets and strategic priorities
Who we are looking for
If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:
- At least 5 years of experience in the role
- Ability to interface with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating decision-making processes and strategic alignment
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles (active and passive)
- Strong analytical, control, and expenditure monitoring skills, ensuring data quality, consistency, and reliability
- Solid experience in the advanced use of Excel and data analysis tools to support decision-making
- Excellent command of the Office suite for the preparation of executive reports
The following skills are considered a plus:
- Degree in economic or scientific disciplines
- Multi-year experience in budget governance
- Experience in the security sector and/or banking contexts
