About the role:
Welcome to the cool American world of TOMMY HILFIGER. We're looking for a passionate sales associate who can deliver an exceptional customer experience and energize the sales floor (and behind the scenes) while promoting and upholding the standards of our iconic brand, all under the guidance of our amazing in-store management team. Let's dive into the details.
You are:
- Customer experience specialist: Enhance every customer interaction with a warm and helpful attitude, and spark conversations that drive sales and create a passion for the brand.
- Brand ambassador: Stay on top of our new campaigns and product launches, and promote our brand's vision to our customers, creating lifelong fans.
- Proactive team player: Work the sales floor handling new inventory processing, restocking, and cash operations, and more.
- Social influencer: Show pride, dedication, and passion for our brand and our customers.
What you'll bring:
- A friendly attitude and excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Energy and enthusiasm for our brand's values and objectives.
- Retail experience preferred (but not required)
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, squat for extended periods and carry up to 20 pounds.
