Tasks in which you will become an expert:
- Providing advice to the bank's retail premium customers on banking products such as unsecured loans, investments, insurance and other banking services.
- Promoting premium services among potential bank customers.
- Advising on investments, i.e. executing stock exchange orders, monitoring capital market and money market processes, and building an investment portfolio.
- Cross-selling.
- Organizing and conducting customer negotiations.
This is for you if:
- You have at least a secondary school qualification and an MNB capital market agent official examination or an equivalent.
- You have professional experience in investments and insurance.
- You have at least 2 years of experience as a retail advisor in bank retail customer service.
- You have a customer-centric approach and excellent negotiation skills.
