Tasks where you will become an expert:
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls from premium customers at the telephone customer service of CIB Bank (CIB24).
- Selling products related to everyday banking (accounts, cards and e-channels) and carrying out the related administrative tasks.
- Selling unsecured credit products.
- Providing information related to investments and executing the related transactions.
- Evaluating capital market and money market processes.
This is for you if:

You have at least a secondary school qualification and the MNB capital market agent official examination or an equivalent, for example:

stock exchange professional examination,
-
securities market administrator qualification,
-
Hungarian Banking Association Higher Banking Professional certificate,
-
balance-sheet accountant qualification,
-
financial administrator qualification,
-
university degree in economics.

At least 1 year of sales experience is an advantage, especially if you gained it in the financial or banking field.

You move confidently in the world of investments and are interested in various financial market trends .

You would be happy to work from home even every day.

You have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
