Key responsibilities:

Ensure the availability and compliance of production equipment through effective preventive and corrective maintenance

Manage and develop a technical team (recruitment, training, evaluation, motivation)

Provide expert technical support to production teams to optimize performance

Apply and enforce HSE policies and quality standards among teams and contractors

Analyze performance gaps and drive corrective action plans

Evaluate technical proposals for new installations and equipment modifications

Propose and manage investments necessary for equipment optimization and compliance

A fixed salary over 12 months, supplemented by individual variable compensation [for L3+ managers and certain L2 roles to be validated - mention to be removed from the ad], as well as profit-sharing & incentives based on Sanofi Group results.

About you

Experience: Solid experience in industrial maintenance, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry, including injectables, with proven expertise in team management

Technical and interpersonal skills: Mastery of maintenance strategies (preventive, predictive, TPM), leadership, budget management, knowledge of GMP environments and regulatory requirements

Education: Engineering degree (Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation), training/certification in industrial maintenance or metrology (a plus), MBA or management training (appreciated)

Languages: Bilingual French, English level B2 minimum

The salary range for this position is: €64,000.00 - €85,333
Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
