About the Role
As a Reliability & Methods Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling the preventive, predictive, calibration and qualification maintenance plan for the site's equipment and systems, ensuring that the resources, spare parts and time needed for its correct execution are available. As well as monitoring the performance and associated costs of the assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and schedule preventive, predictive, calibration and qualification maintenance activities based on equipment and resource availability, to comply with the preventive, predictive and calibration maintenance plans.

Develop and implement maintenance strategies and continuous improvement for the site's equipment and systems.

Monitor the performance of equipment and systems as well as associated costs (MTTR, MTBF, Bad actors, OOT).

Optimize spare parts inventory (min and max levels, stock, criticality).

Establish strategies to reduce corrective maintenance costs for the site's equipment and assets.

Administer the CMMS/CCMS of the engineering and maintenance area.

Manage the spare parts warehouse.

Monitor and control the budget assigned to the maintenance and reliability area's activities.
About You

Experience: 3 to 5 years of prior experience as a reliability leader and in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.

Soft and technical skills: Knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling, statistical analysis and failure analysis (FMEA, RCA, etc.). Experience using maintenance CMMS. Leadership skills and ability to influence at different hierarchical levels. Analytical and problem-solving ability for complex problems, results-oriented. Strategic thinking and ability to make analytical decisions. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proactive approach focused on innovation in continuous process improvement.

Education: University degree in Mechatronics, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering or related fields.

Languages: Intermediate/Advanced English.
