Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop regional strategies and action plans based on central market strategy and regional conditions; efficiently execute regional market plans to ensure effective information delivery to customers

  2. Reasonably manage, utilize, and integrate market resources, identify and seize market opportunities, and improve resource effectiveness

  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Medical, and ACE departments as well as distributor teams to effectively implement key regional projects

  4. Cultivate national/regional speakers and KOLs, proactively establish regional academic platforms

  5. Master and be familiar with professional knowledge in the field, and empower regional LPM and sales teams to enhance the professional and academic capabilities of the regional team

  6. Empower regional LPM teams to understand and efficiently execute central and regional market strategies

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in pharmaceutical-related disciplines, 8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, 3+ years of experience in market or sales management, vaccine industry experience preferred;

  2. Strong data analysis and logical thinking skills, able to translate customer and market insights into regional market strategies and plans

  3. Strong collaboration and influence, able to interact efficiently with internal and external key decision-makers and achieve long-term cooperation

  4. Strong project management skills, able to efficiently coordinate and integrate resources from all parties

  5. Proactive ownership, strong learning ability and adaptability
