Sanofi's Clinical Science Associate (CSA) in Rare Blood Disorders (RBD) primarily contributes to changing the lives of patients suffering from diseases in the thrombosis and hemostasis field. By delivering innovative treatment options, you will embody Sanofi's mission.
By understanding product plans and driving excellent execution, you will establish a leadership position in the immune-mediated hematology field.
You will lead promotional activities at the area or national level to deliver optimal treatment options to patients with ITP (Immune Thrombocytopenia) and acquired TTP (Thrombotic Thrombocytopenic Purpura). For this, we are seeking individuals who can promote team member collaboration, actively leverage AI and digital tools, and continuously challenge the construction of new business models.

Rilzabrutinib (planned for market launch): An innovative therapeutic drug expected as the world's first BTK inhibitor in the ITP (Immune Thrombocytopenia) field, offering a new treatment option with an unprecedented mechanism of action
Caplacizumab: An important therapeutic drug that can contribute to improved survival rates in acquired TTP (acquired thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura)

- Build constructive relationships with HaC and ISA team members working in the same area, and realize synergy-conscious information exchange and collaboration
- Present and implement activity plans based on product and sales strategies, and achieve results in your assigned district

Essential Experience, Skills and Education / Qualifications Required
Required Experience and Skills:
- 5 or more years of experience in pharmaceutical industry sales (particularly new drug adoption experience at university hospitals) or marketing
- Basic business skills (communication, presentation, negotiation, etc.)
- Basic computer/iPad-related skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Results orientation: Practice of PDCA cycle toward goal achievement
