Job Description
Project management and alliance management responsibilities in pharmaceutical development projects – Advancing projects from a cross-functional and strategic perspective based on project management and alliance management skills and expertise, general business acumen, and disease area-specific knowledge and experience.
・Identify project scope and develop development strategy.
・Manage progress including execution status of development strategy and timelines.
・Execute risk management and stakeholder management.
・Serve as the interface between governance and the project, and drive decision-making on development strategy.
・Collaborate with US headquarters project managers and team members to advance global simultaneous development.
・Execute alliance management in collaboration with external partners.
・Contribute to maximizing product value from various perspectives including patents.
【Required Skills and Experience】
・5 or more years of work experience at a pharmaceutical company
・3 or more years of project management (or equivalent) experience
・Business-level English proficiency
【Preferred Requirements】
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
Intellectual property-related certifications and practical experience
