Job Description
Projects help us drive transformations. The professional in this position should be a change agent who will strongly support the necessary changes for the company to achieve its objectives. Process is related to the journey, and means "to advance" or "to move forward", therefore, it is fundamental that we have well-structured processes to ensure the company's future. The professional in this position will help us reach new levels and always seek the best solutions!
Qualifications
What we are looking for in you:
- Complete higher education in Business Administration or related fields.
- Solid experience in the area of Processes, Projects, or PMO;
- Knowledge of agile methodology, process methodologies, and continuous improvement, such as PDCA, Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma, among others.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and conflict management skills
- Advanced English (constant contact with Global Team both by email and in meetings)
- Salesforce Admin Certification from Ranger Salesforce onwards (mandatory requirement)
- Development of executive reports
- Analytical Profile (ability to transform and interpret data into analyses that will support decision-making)
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
What will be your main responsibilities:
- Be an agent of transformation, enabling Sales needs into viable, scalable solutions and measuring gains for the company.
- Continuously improve sales processes;
- Optimize the use of tools and systems for the commercial team;
- Work on processes and projects with the objective of reducing the operational burden on salespeople and simplifying the sales process, from start to finish.
- You will be responsible for managing and conducting processes and projects involving Sales, ensuring alignment among the various stakeholders
- Identify improvement opportunities in current processes, considering productivity (time reduction), quality (error reduction), security (reduction of operational and legal risks), increased sales conversion, and business requirements
- You should map AS IS processes and build TO BE proposals, exploring the use of tools and systems, when applicable.
- Work on improving commercial processes, finding and addressing the root cause of identified problems;
- Manage multidisciplinary teams involved in process and project initiatives.
