Role: Quality Control Coordinator

Job Description
We are looking for a Quality Control Coordinator to join our team in Suzano, SP. In this position, you will be responsible for managing quality control analyses, laboratory investigations, stability program management, conducting analytical validation projects, managing retention samples, evaluating water trends and environmental monitoring, in addition to coordinating a team of approximately 10 people.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the release of Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, and analytical results for Finished and Semi-finished Products, according to the production plan, following GMP standards, Sanofi Global Standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate Quality Control laboratory activities, ensuring compliance with GMP, GLP, Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and established Analytical Methods, through the monitoring of analyses and continuous training of the team (~10 people).
• Manage quality deviation investigations, OOS/OOT, and analytical data approval, including stability products, ensuring reliable results within defined cycle times.
• Prepare, review, and approve change controls, analytical methods, specifications, and analytical validation protocols/reports, ensuring that significant changes in manufacturing and packaging processes are properly controlled.
• Ensure compliance with the stability program and act on the area's performance indicators, maximizing human and material resources to increase laboratory efficiency.
• Attend internal and external audits and regulatory inspections, in addition to supporting other areas of the Suzano site in complying with Global Quality Policies and local regulatory requirements.

About You:

Completed degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Engineering;

Knowledge of Quality Control and validation;

Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking)

Good organization, communication, and ability to work with multiple demands.

- Previous experience in a pharmaceutical industrial environment or in multidisciplinary projects.
