Main responsibilities:
- Independent identification of areas of application for Artificial Intelligence (AI) within existing business processes at Sanofi – with the goal of sustainably increasing efficiency and quality.
- Autonomous development and implementation of AI solutions to optimize processes, e.g. in quality control, document processing or decision support.
- Creation of target-group-specific training materials for the introduction and use of AI systems – tailored to different audiences.
- Independent planning and delivery of training sessions and workshops to raise awareness and enable employees to work with AI technologies.
- Close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and relevant stakeholders to ensure sustainable AI integration into workflows.
- Continuous further development of existing AI approaches and proactive identification of new optimization potential in the regulated pharmaceutical environment.
About you
Experience:
- Ideally several years of professional experience in the AI field, preferably in a regulated or pharmaceutical environment.
Soft skills / Technical skills:
- Strong communication skills and persuasive: You actively reach out to people, build relationships and inspire others about new technologies and ideas.
- Creative and innovative: You think beyond the box and develop pragmatic, impactful AI solutions. Independent and structured: You work autonomously, prioritize confidently and keep an overview even with complex tasks. Technology- and data-savvy: You are familiar with modern AI frameworks and tools and see digitalization as a real opportunity for healthcare.
- Solid knowledge of AI methods and technologies (e.g. machine learning, NLP, generative AI); experience in developing and implementing AI solutions in enterprise environments; knowledge of process optimization and document processing; experience in designing and delivering training and workshops is an advantage; basic knowledge of regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical environment (cGMP) is desirable.
Education:
- Completed degree in a relevant field (e.g. computer science, data science, engineering or equivalent).
Languages:
- Fluent German and English, spoken and written

The salary range for this position is :€80 724,00 - €107 620
Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
