Our Team:
Within the QC Support Team, we are looking for a Quality Control Training Coordinator.
Main responsibilities:
In this role, you are responsible for coordinating and delivering training across the entire Quality Control organisation, as well as developing and maintaining a role-based learning plan. The goal is to make lab activities run as optimally as possible, with a strong focus on quality.
The main responsibilities of the Quality Control Training Coordinator include:
· Point of contact for the entire QC organisation
· Delivering training in classroom settings and practical training in the various QC labs.
o for new employees
o retraining within the context of deviations
o on request
o for periodic requalifications
· Developing and writing theoretical and on-the-job training
· Monitoring the quality and effectiveness of delivered training; adjusting and adapting the training approach where needed
· Responsible for co-developing the role-based learning plan (together with L&D)
· Providing advice on training and proposing/developing optimisations
· Following up the skill matrix of the various QC groups
· Close collaboration with L&D
About you
Given the nature of this role, we are looking for the following profile:
- Familiar with operational activities within the lab
- Highly skilled communicator and familiar with adult learning methods
- Strong in organisation and planning
- Creative and proactive
- Independent and structured
- Comfortable speaking to an audience, engaging that audience and interacting with it
- Fluent in Dutch and English
