The Office of Academic Planning and Assessment was created to meet the university’s growing needs for institutional data, analysis, and assessment. It includes the offices of Institutional Research and Planning, Survey Research and Analysis, which work together to provide a comprehensive analysis and interpretation of institutional data; and the Office of the Academic Editor, which reviews new program and course proposals and edits and oversees the production of the annual University Bulletin. Housed within the Division of Academic Affairs, the unit coordinates administrative planning and manages connections between administrative and academic groups.
