Your Tasks
As a Product Specialist (m/f/d) for Microsoft Technologies, you will be responsible in particular for managing Microsoft portals and marketplaces. You obtain offers from suppliers and manufacturers while maintaining direct contact with Microsoft. Monitoring the fulfillment of framework agreements is also part of your responsibilities. For this, you keep an eye on the topics of "membership" and "incentives" in the Microsoft Partner Portal and share responsibility for ensuring that our company obtains the necessary certifications. Together with the technical administrators, you are also responsible for maintaining and configuring the Partner Center. You keep access permissions up to date and make the necessary adjustments when, for example, legal requirements change. You also create customer accounts, manage and support them, and take over their license management. Furthermore, you stay constantly informed about Microsoft Technologies, participate in training, know all the latest developments, and inform employees and customers accordingly. Finally, you are also involved in the pre-sales process by presenting the Microsoft portfolio to our customers.
