Job Description
The Product Owner is the person responsible for the leadership and results of the Dev Team (Squad), directing the development and implementation of new products or features. In addition, they manage the product portfolio regarding vulnerability prevention and maintenance.
The Product Owner works as a team with the Product Manager, operations, service, delivery, and technology areas to build profitable, scalable, and sustainable solutions for the assigned product portfolio in an agile manner.
Job Responsibilities:
Functional Design: Identify the best visualization alternative for product features or improvements in conjunction with the Design team, ensuring they are aligned with the User experience.
Functional Definition: Define and prioritize features, refine user stories in conjunction with the dev team, and support the team with any functional needs that arise during the different phases of the software development lifecycle. Define integration needs with other platforms and the operating scheme.
Productivity: In conjunction with the Scrum Master, support the Dev Team in implementing improvements that generate greater productivity through action plans (retrospectives), internal synergy, motivation, and synergies with other squads.
Innovation: Be in constant search of elements that allow for product innovation aligned with the business strategy. Generate spaces that allow the Dev Team to contribute to these innovation elements.
Qualifications
- Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
- Certification in agile software development methodologies
- Postgraduate degree or training in Project Management, Product Owner, or Agility
- At least 5 years in the role or related positions
- Experience in cloud technologies, Development Platforms, and AI/Agentic
