Responsibilities:
- Conducts market analysis of lending products for legal entities, pricing and market trends, submitting proposals for creating, adjusting or optimizing them;
- Actively participates in the development, management and improvement of banking products for the business segment (SMEs and corporate);
- Ensures compliance with the regulatory and internal framework applicable to products for legal entities and manages the implementation of relevant legislative changes;
- Formulates business requirements for IT developments related to managed products and participates in acceptance testing;
- Analyzes the functionality and efficiency of products dedicated to corporate clients and submits proposals for optimizing processes and operational flows;
- Evaluates product performance and client experience in using them;
- Participates in the budgeting process for operational and capital expenses necessary for the development or optimization of products intended for companies;
- Collaborates with control and risk management functions across all stages of the product lifecycle;
- Participates as Business Owner or Project Manager in projects related to products and services for legal entities;
- Develops training materials and ensures training of the sales force on the managed products and services.
Candidate requirements:
- Higher education in economics or finance;
- Minimum 1 year of experience in banking products for legal entities (SMEs/corporate);
- Analytical, critical, solution-oriented thinking, with a proactive and innovative approach;
- Excellent communication, organizational, priority management and multitasking skills;
- High level of motivation and desire to engage in complex projects;
- Perseverance in achieving goals and strong results orientation;
- Knowledge of Romanian and English languages (min B2);
- Advanced operation of Microsoft Office tools – experienced user level.
