Scope and Responsibilities
- Promotion and sale of banking products/services;
- Analysis, evaluation of potential clients, market prospecting;
- Attracting new clients;
- Developing and presenting offers to clients;
- Meeting established sales targets;
- Promoting the Bank's image.
Required Skills, Qualifications and Knowledge
- Higher education with an economic/financial profile;
- User-level knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Fluent speaking of the following languages: Romanian and Russian, English (is an advantage);
- Communication and negotiation skills;
- Organization, planning and time management skills.
