Responsibilities Proactively define the direction of Azar's card recommendation and matching algorithms, and build and launch products in collaboration with various teams including Engineering, ML, Design, and Data. Directly analyze diverse data to derive hypotheses for improving recommendation quality, and lead the entire process of designing, executing, analyzing, and reporting on A/B tests. Define recommendation system KPIs and track them with a sense of ownership; identify root causes quickly when issues arise, and derive and execute solutions.
Requirements 3+ years of experience as a data or technology-focused Product Manager, or equivalent experience. Experience launching new features by collaborating cross-functionally with teams such as Engineering, Data, and Design. Experience enhancing algorithm-based products with high complexity, such as recommendation, search, or ranking systems. Experience directly designing and executing A/B tests for a large-scale user base, and interpreting results based on statistical methodologies to drive decision-making. Experience in data exploration using SQL and data processing/visualization using tools like Python.
Preferred Qualifications Ability to communicate fluently in English for cross-functional collaboration (document writing and meeting participation). Understanding of the ML model development cycle and experience collaborating with ML Engineers and Data Scientists. Individuals who actively utilize AI tools in their work.
