Job Description
As a Product Manager SMB, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing the product strategy, ensuring a competitive, differentiated offering that is aligned with the changing needs of the market. Your management will be key to strengthening our value proposition, driving the adoption of innovative solutions, and supporting better decision-making for our clients.

- Drive the evolution of the Scores product portfolio for the SMB segment.

Key Deliverables
- Portfolio Strategy: Define and implement the product roadmap, aligned with business objectives and market trends.
- Product Launch and Evolution: Design, develop, and implement new solutions and continuous improvements.
- Business Cases: Build feasibility analyses and financial justifications for new initiatives and developments.
- Training and Commercial Enablement: Generate materials and training programs for commercial, operational, and service teams.
- Performance Management: Monitor key indicators related to adoption, profitability, customer experience, and product performance.
- Growth Strategies: Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on initiatives aimed at increasing penetration and revenue.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze trends, customer needs, competition, and emerging opportunities.
What challenges will you take on?
- Design and manage solutions for the SMB segment based on customer insights, industry trends, and competitive analysis.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen the value proposition and customer experience.
- Identify and evaluate new sources of information and data that allow for the strengthening of analytical and risk assessment capabilities.
- Work collaboratively with Operations, Customer Service, Commercial, Marketing, and Technology teams to ensure successful execution.
- Prepare Business Cases and efficiently manage investments, budgets, and revenue-generating initiatives.
- Participate in tenders and commercial proposals, providing a strategic and product-oriented vision.
- Ensure the adaptation and compliance with regulatory requirements applicable to the products.
- Detect innovation and growth opportunities that contribute to the positioning of differentiating solutions in the market.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Professional degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Between 2 and 4 years of experience in product management, development, or evolution, ideally in dynamic, customer-oriented environments.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary projects, managing product initiatives, and using data for strategic decision-making.
Knowledge and Skills
- Knowledge of financial products, risk assessment, and vendor management.
- Ability to build trusting relationships and influence at different levels of the organization, including leadership teams and key stakeholders.
- Negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and results orientation.
- Strong analytical capacity to interpret information, identify opportunities, and manage performance indicators.
- Ability to work in agile, collaborative, and constantly evolving environments.
Languages
- Intermediate-advanced English (B2 level or higher), with the ability to participate in meetings, presentations, and regional or global projects.
