Purpose of the role:

The Product Manager will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing the product portfolio strategy focused on the SMB segment, ensuring its competitiveness and alignment with the evolution of customers and the market. Their management should contribute to strengthening the value proposition, increasing market share, and improving customer decision-making efficiency through innovative, agile, and high-impact solutions.

Deliverables:

  1. Portfolio Strategy: Development and evolution plan for Score products aligned with company objectives.

  2. Product Launch: Design and implementation of new products and improvements to existing ones.

  3. Business Case (BC): Justification and feasibility documents for new developments.

  4. Training and Documentation: Support and training materials for commercial and operational teams.

  5. Performance Analysis: Tracking key indicators (functionality, profitability, adoption, and customer satisfaction).

  6. Growth Campaigns: Strategies in conjunction with marketing to increase revenue and market penetration.

  7. Market Research: Studies on trends, needs, and competitor evolution.

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Design and manage solutions for the SMB segment based on customer needs, market trends, and competitor analysis.

  2. Implement improvements in current products to strengthen their value proposition and competitiveness.

  3. Identify and evaluate key data sources to strengthen risk analysis.

  4. Coordinate with service, operations, commercial, and marketing areas to improve products and processes.

  5. Prepare Business Cases and ensure efficient execution of CAPEX and revenue.

  6. Provide support in tenders and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with customer expectations.

  7. Evaluate and manage product changes according to regulatory requirements.

  8. Analyze business opportunities in conjunction with marketing to position innovative solutions in the market.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Education: Professional degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in Product Management or Direction. Experience in project management, product development, and data analysis.
  • Required technical knowledge: • Knowledge of financial products, risk assessment, and vendor management. • Skill in negotiation and relationship building at the executive level. • Analytical capacity, strategic planning, and management of business indicators.
  • Languages: English level B2 or higher.
