- Dedicate yourself to the craft, visual refinement, and delivery quality, demonstrating a high level of proactivity and commitment to product evolution.
- Design user-friendly, creative, and intuitive interfaces, with attention to detail and visual excellence.
- Conduct research and testing with users to understand their needs, behaviors, and interactions.
- Constantly pursue excellence by identifying problems, testing hypotheses, and discovering opportunities that drive improvements in experience.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build innovative solutions.
- Develop prototypes, conduct usability experiments and tests to find answers with agility and efficiency.
- Ground your design decisions in data, experience metrics, and research results.
- Commit to documenting the design process in a clear, transparent, and accessible manner.
Qualifications
- Academic background in Design, Advertising, or related fields.
- Solid experience as a Product Designer in consulting firms and companies in the financial sector.
- Strong knowledge in Visual Design and/or UI Design.
- Use of AI tools in the creative process, with building experiments and MVPs with AI.
- Portfolio demonstrating visual excellence.
- Passion for the craft.
- Previous experience in Branding.
- Previous work in fintechs is a strong differentiator.
