Job Description
We are looking for a product analyst with card receivables expertise, with experience in Agile methodology, to work in the product cycle, opportunity mapping, and result generation through the use of data, customer journey, and strategic partnerships.
Qualifications
What we are looking for in you:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields;
- Communication, negotiation, organization, and efficient execution skills;
- Knowledge of card receivables;
- Knowledge of agile methodology and product management;
- Experience in managing financial products and data-driven decision making.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Manage card receivables, from receivables reconciliation to anticipation.
- Map the competition, use data, and listen to the customer to evolve the product.
- Work in the product cycle, together with external partners, other business areas, development, UX, channels, marketing, CRM, among others.
- Ensure the quality of stories with the PO.
- Scale usage and financial results with growth actions with partners.
- Work with an analytical and data-driven mindset, monitoring relevant metrics and KPIs.
