About the position
The Process Analyst II will work on the development of medium-complexity activities, with high flexibility of action and cross-functional business vision. Will have direct impact on Operations, Quality, Training, P&T, and Squads/Projects areas, contributing to scalable deliverables, measurement of gains, and continuous process evolution.
Will be responsible for aligning, planning, and executing projects, ensuring compliance with scopes, deadlines, and objectives, following market best practices. Will work on identifying and mitigating risks, proposing and implementing improvements, and supporting decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Align and execute process improvement projects
- Map processes, analyze data, and generate management reports
- Identify risks, improvement opportunities, and operational gains
- Apply agile methodologies and quality tools
- Work with a focus on results, efficiency, and customer experience
- Work collaboratively with different areas and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related fields
- MBA or Post-graduation (desirable)
- Intermediate Office and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Knowledge of process mapping, quality tools, and OKRs
- Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Green Belt Certification
- Intermediate knowledge in Project Management
- English (desirable)
