The Principal Gifts Manager will serve as a senior leader and strategic partner responsible for raising major and planned gifts. The Principal Gifts Manager will lead WUNC's major gifts, planned giving programs, capital campaigns, and supervise WUNC's Grants and Major Gifts Officer. They will assure that new major gift funds are raised annually by developing and implementing cultivation and stewardship plans to meet WUNC's fundraising goals.

Sick leave (96 hours a year, uncapped) is separate.

Time off

26 days of Personal Leave a year from the first month (24 days of Annual Leave if hired before 2025), 12 paid holidays in 2026 with a winter break from 24 to 29 December, and 96 hours of sick leave a year with no carry-forward limit.
