IRELAND / REMOTE-FIRST – REGULAR CLIENT TRAVEL DUBLIN, GALWAY, CORK, WATERFORD

We are looking for a Principal Digital Intelligence Engineer to run Brightbeam's data science and ML capability. At this level, you own the most complex data science workstreams across our strategic client engagements, define digital intelligence engineering standards for the organisation, own executive-level AI evaluation conversations, and build the capability of the DI Engineer team around you. This is a role for someone who has operated at enterprise scale, takes ML rigour seriously, and wants to set the standard for how AI is evaluated and deployed in production.

You will be the person clients turn to when the AI judgements matter most - and the person our engineers turn to when they need to know they are building it right.

Key requirements:

  • 8+ years experience, with the bulk in data science and ML at enterprise scale

  • Exceptional traditional ML: statistical modelling, classical ML, evaluation methods, experiment design

  • Production engineering capability to build, deploy, and scale intelligent systems end-to-end

  • Client-facing AI authority at executive level

  • Demonstrated capability building – has elevated teams, set ML standards, or established data science practices
