IRELAND / REMOTE-FIRST – REGULAR CLIENT TRAVEL DUBLIN, GALWAY, CORK, WATERFORD

We are looking for a data scientist who wants to build, not just model. As a Digital Intelligence Engineer at Brightbeam, you will develop your production engineering capability on real enterprise AI projects - contributing to data science workstreams, deploying ML models, and growing your ability to explain intelligent systems to client stakeholders. You will be mentored by senior colleagues as you find your feet, but you will be working on consequential problems from day one.

This role is for someone who wants to move beyond the notebook and into the full lifecycle of enterprise AI – from experimentation through deployment through client presentation.

Key requirements:

  • 3+ years experience, with the bulk in data science and ML

  • Working knowledge of traditional ML: statistical modelling, classical ML, evaluation methods

  • Production engineering capability - you contribute to building and deploying, not just testing

  • Developing client-facing communication skills

  • Real-world business application in production environments
