Pharmaceutical Operator I
· Location: Suzano, SP
· Hiring Manager: Jefferson Carnevalle Rodrigues
Main responsibilities:
· Comply with the HSE Policy, strictly adhering to standards and procedures in all activities.
· Transport, transfer, and/or check raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products using hydraulic pallet jacks and small forklifts (where applicable).
· Perform product batch changes and set-ups on level 1, 2, and 3 equipment, taking responsibility for the workstation and having the ability to train less experienced operators in this activity.
· Wash and sanitize equipment, parts, piping, plastic barrels, booths, and rooms (floors, exhaust fans, sinks, scale tables, walls, etc.) in use at the factory.
· Supply equipment with products and/or materials for production.
· Execute controls on simple processes (humidity, friability, weight, height, hardness, seal testing, filling volume, etc.).
· Fill out production sheets and perform necessary calculations.
· Verify tasks performed by other employees where this task is required.
· Receive, sort, and check production waste materials, forwarding them for incineration and recycling.
· Respect and strictly practice Quality Policies and operational procedures in all activities, identifying and correcting quality risk conditions, immediately communicating any situation with potential quality risk, thereby preserving consumer health and the company's image.
· Follow the culture of Ethics and Integrity, Sanofi policies, and the code of conduct.
· Maintain knowledge of and comply with the principles of Ethics and Integrity, Sanofi policies, and codes of conduct that regulate the pharmaceutical market.
· Comply with and promote Sanofi's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, with the goal of preventing accidents, avoiding health risks, promoting employee well-being, and reducing environmental impacts resulting from work activities.
· Support Sanofi's Diversity and Inclusion strategy to ensure that all employees and partners are treated with respect and receive equal opportunities.
Experience:
· Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
· Experience with 5S programs and autonomous maintenance.
· Knowledge of GMP standards and Quality Systems.
· Computer skills (SAP and MS-Office).
· Specific technical knowledge of the equipment operated.
· Academic background: High school diploma required; Technical course is a plus.
