Job Description:

Actively carry out the introduction and promotion of company products within the designated territory, establish and maintain good cooperative relationships with medical institutions, ensure the achievement of various promotion targets set by the company, and ensure the market share and growth rate of company products.

Responsibilities:

Territory Objectives

  • Achieve target performance, market share, and growth rates for designated products within the assigned territory, and effectively utilize resources and control expenses.
  • Develop and implement visit plans for medical institutions in accordance with the company's specified coverage and visit frequency requirements.
  • Utilize appropriate promotion techniques and effectively use product materials to provide medical information and introduce products (including handling inquiries) to medical institutions, ensuring they understand and accept the characteristics and benefits of the products.
  • Maintain a high standard of professional visits, continuously improve the satisfaction of medical institutions, and build long-term, positive cooperative relationships.
  • Explore existing market potential and continuously develop potential markets to ensure the growth of the company's product market share.
  • Execute the company's market development strategies and plans, and complete new product listing plans.
  • Organize specialized academic activities to promote products according to the company's promotion strategies.

Territory Management

  • Establish objectives and plans for the territory through territory target management to achieve expected performance goals, market share, and growth rates, and develop potential markets within the territory as much as possible.
  • Establish, update, provide feedback on, and maintain detailed and accurate medical institution profiles, and use this information to formulate action plans, arrange visit activities, and effectively and fully utilize time.
  • Regularly analyze the territory situation to identify potential markets as the focus for territory development.
  • Timely inform medical personnel or pharmacy staff in medical institutions about information regarding services, products, pricing, supply channels, and market development.
  • Track and understand medical institution inventory and procurement status to ensure reasonable inventory levels and prevent stockouts.
  • Ensure monthly product consumption in medical institutions to prevent product expiration and returns.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and commercial departments to maintain good business relationships with experts in hospitals to facilitate successful bidding and inclusion in medical insurance formularies.
  • Understand competitive products and competitor activities, collect market intelligence on competitors, report to supervisors in a timely manner, and provide relevant opinions.
  • Complete various reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Effectively and reasonably use the company's various expenses and resources.

Product Knowledge

  • Master complete and continuously updated product knowledge to ensure that product promotion information is consistent with the company's marketing department.
  • Through continuous learning, become familiar with relevant product materials and use them skillfully and flexibly.
  • Fully study and utilize other materials provided by the marketing department to facilitate product promotion.
  • Read various medical journals, articles, and reports related to the products.
  • Understand relevant knowledge of competitors' similar products.

Professional Conduct

  • Ensure strict compliance with the company's SOPs and financial policies during product promotion and daily work, and ensure that personal behavior conforms to the company's ethical standards and principles.
  • Maintain a good professional image, with attire meeting professional standards and speech and behavior meeting company requirements.
  • Possess a strong sense of dedication and be actively committed to the job.

Teamwork

  • Actively participate in various team activities.
  • Share and exchange information with colleagues, help each other, and promote the common development of individuals and the team.
  • Complete various temporary tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

Education:

  • College degree or above; Bachelor's degree in medicine, pharmacy, or related fields preferred.

Work Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience as a hospital pharmaceutical representative; experience in foreign pharmaceutical companies is preferred.
