Actively promote company products within the designated territory, establish and maintain strong cooperative relationships with medical institutions, ensure the achievement of all promotional targets set by the company, and maintain/increase market share and growth rates for company products.
Responsibilities:
Territory Objectives
- Achieve targets, market share, and growth rates for designated products within the assigned territory, while effectively utilizing resources and controlling expenses.
- Develop and implement visit plans for medical institutions in accordance with company-mandated coverage and frequency requirements.
- Utilize appropriate promotional techniques and product materials to provide medical information and introduce products (including addressing inquiries) to medical institutions, ensuring they understand and accept the product's characteristics and benefits.
- Maintain a high standard of professional interaction, continuously improve customer satisfaction, and build long-term, positive cooperative relationships.
- Identify existing market potential and continuously develop new opportunities to ensure growth in market share.
- Execute company market development strategies and plans, and complete new product listing plans.
- Organize specialized academic activities to promote products in line with company promotional strategies.
Territory Management
- Establish territory goals and plans through effective management to achieve expected targets, market share, and growth, and develop potential markets within the territory.
- Build, update, and maintain detailed and accurate records of medical institutions, using this data to formulate action plans, schedule visits, and utilize time effectively.
- Regularly analyze territory conditions to identify high-potential markets as key areas for development.
- Keep medical and pharmacy staff informed regarding services, products, pricing, supply channels, and market developments.
- Track and monitor medical institution inventory and procurement to ensure reasonable stock levels and prevent stockouts.
- Ensure monthly product consumption at medical institutions to prevent product expiration and returns.
- Collaborate with the marketing and commercial departments to maintain strong business relationships with key experts in hospitals to facilitate successful bidding and inclusion in medical insurance formularies.
- Understand competitor products and activities, collect market intelligence, report to supervisors promptly, and provide relevant feedback.
- Complete all reports accurately and on time.
- Use company expenses and resources effectively and reasonably.
Product Knowledge
- Master complete and up-to-date product knowledge to ensure promotional messaging is consistent with the marketing department.
- Continuously learn and become proficient in using product-related materials.
- Fully utilize additional materials provided by the marketing department to facilitate product promotion.
- Read relevant medical journals, articles, and reports.
- Maintain knowledge of competitor products.
Professional Conduct
- Ensure strict compliance with all company SOPs and financial policies during product promotion and daily work, ensuring behavior aligns with company ethical standards and principles.
- Maintain a professional image, with attire and conduct meeting company standards.
- Demonstrate dedication and active engagement in professional responsibilities.

- Actively participate in team activities.
- Share information with colleagues, support one another, and contribute to individual and team development.
- Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Associate degree or above; Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or related fields preferred.
Work Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience as a hospital pharmaceutical representative; experience in multinational pharmaceutical companies is preferred.
