Your mission

As a Payroll Analyst, your mission will be to ensure accuracy, confidentiality and efficiency in managing the complete payroll cycle and personnel administration in Spain. You will be a key player in ensuring regulatory compliance and providing exceptional support to our teams, directly contributing to the well-being of every person at Cabify.

How will you help us fulfil our mission?

  • You will process the complete payroll cycle for all staff in Spain with meticulous accuracy, including salaries, variable pay, garnishments and deductions, ensuring deadlines are met.

  • You will efficiently manage and record all incidents that affect payroll (hires, terminations, sick leave (IT), leave, overtime), keeping information up to date in our HR management systems.

  • You will prepare settlements, final payslips and company certificates, as well as prepare tax and Social Security obligations (Forms 111, 190, RLC, RNT) in coordination with the Labour Specialist.

  • You will serve as the main point of contact for employee queries about their payslips, withholding certificates and basic administration questions, ensuring clear and confidential support.

  • You will actively contribute to maintaining the employee database (Personio), and to the internal reconciliation of payments with the Accounting and Treasury teams, as well as with external suppliers during audits.

What are we looking for?

  • Alignment with our principles

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in personnel administration and/or payroll roles, preferably in dynamic environments with high management volume.

  • University degree in Business Administration (ADE), Labour Relations, Labour Sciences or similar, giving you a solid foundation for understanding and applying regulations.

  • Mastery of current labour, tax and Social Security regulations in Spain, as well as proven experience with HR management software (e.g. Personio, Workday, SAP, Meta4).

  • Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis, report preparation and information management.

  • Impeccable professional ethics, strong attention to detail and an innate ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
