🎯 Role Mission
As a Paid Media Associate, you'll be key support for Cabify's global marketing team. Your main objective will be to help the team launch, maximize, and understand our digital marketing campaigns, ensuring that every investment translates into learning and efficiency for the business through an analytical mindset and a healthy dose of common sense.
🛠️ How will you help us fulfill our mission?

Hands-on (Campaigns): You'll support the setup, launch, and daily optimization of our campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and whatever else comes up.

Make data speak: Forget about looking at metrics just for the sake of it. You'll analyze performance in depth (CPA, CTR, conversions...) to understand what works, what doesn't, and where we're losing efficiency.

Understand and tell the "why" behind things: Based on results, you'll help build the reports and presentations needed to present insights and discuss next steps with the team.

Learn a lot and very quickly: You'll work side by side with the marketing team and participate in diverse conversations about our markets, our segments (passengers, drivers, businesses), and our channels (digital and offline).
🔍 What we're looking for

Your background: You've completed a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or an analytical discipline (Statistics, Mathematics). If you've done a Digital Marketing Bootcamp, that's a bonus!

Previous experience: We don't expect you to be a super expert, but we do expect you to have worked for at least 1 year directly with Google, Meta, or TikTok digital marketing platforms. If you have knowledge of B2B campaigns and have worked with LinkedIn, that's a great plus.

Love for data: We're a technology company and we have lots of data. You'll work with the investment platforms themselves, but also with Sheets and Tableau (our visualization tool). The challenge is knowing how to leverage them.

Your superpower (Common sense): For us, this comes before any title. We're not looking for someone who just "presses buttons" following a manual. We want someone who thinks with business logic: if something doesn't add up, they ask why; if a campaign goes wrong, they propose a logical alternative.

Know how to communicate: You have the spark to explain your conclusions and aren't shy about presenting your ideas to the team.
