About the role
As an Operational Excellence Head within our production department, you will lead the design and deployment of performance improvement initiatives to achieve your department's ambitions. Ready to get started?
Reporting to the Site OpEx & Smart Factory Manager, you will work within one of our production departments (Preparation & Filling, Visual Inspection & Packaging, or Technical Services). You will play a central role in the site's cultural and operational transformation, uniting teams around a culture of sustainable continuous improvement in service of our mission: producing medicines and vaccines that improve the lives of millions of patients around the world.

Key responsibilities

Design and facilitate the department's performance roadmap in close collaboration with leaders, translating strategic ambitions into concrete action plans aligned with site priorities

Drive transformation initiatives to achieve the department's performance ambition, acting as a catalyst for change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Support the deployment of the site strategy within the department and establish effective governance to ensure the execution of the performance roadmap

Develop the skills of the department's Continuous Improvement specialists by coaching and mentoring them to build a sustainable CI culture

Orchestrate the department's performance initiatives with continuous monitoring of priorities, ensuring alignment between ongoing initiatives and overall performance goals

Maintain and improve the level of standardization required within the Sanofi Manufacturing System, and ensure cross-functional coordination during the deployment of key initiatives

A fixed salary over 12 months, supplemented by individual variable compensation, as well as profit-sharing and incentive schemes based on Sanofi Group results.

About you
Experience:
-
Proven experience in Operational Excellence, Lean, or Continuous Improvement in an industrial and/or pharmaceutical environment

Experience in project management and change management
-
Ability to lead and influence without direct hierarchical authority
Technical and soft skills:
-
Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
-
Proficiency in financial dashboards and performance indicators
-
Strong leadership and excellent facilitation skills
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
-
Analytical and results-oriented mindset
-
Ability to work in a cross-functional and multicultural environment
Education:
-
Engineering degree or equivalent in a relevant field

Lean / Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) desired
Languages:
- Spoken and written English

The salary range for this position is :€64 000,00 - €85 333
Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
