Role required of all employees as an ONC Medical Representative
Comply with Sanofi's Code of Conduct (including compliance and integrity) and, as a Sanofi Clinical Science Associate (CSA), provide healthcare professionals with scientifically based product and related information to support the ONC franchise mission: "To deliver Sarclisa to all patients who need it as quickly as possible, and to remain the closest partner to newly diagnosed and relapsed/refractory myeloma patients, now and in the future." Additionally, collect and report post-marketing information and communicate the results of company-led analyses of this accumulated data to healthcare professionals.
Additional role requirements
Must be able to independently drive activities based on product and sales strategies and possess a code of conduct that contributes to the entire sales office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business by exercising appropriate influence over assigned customers, based on sound scientific knowledge and company policy.
- Understand company strategy, develop action plans based on product and sales strategies in collaboration with co-promotion partners, and proactively execute them to achieve stretch goals and deliver results in the assigned area.
- Manage KOLs/AOLs and high-difficulty/high-importance customers. With support from the PSL and office manager, promote understanding of company product messaging and behavioral change, and exert a ripple effect both within and outside the assigned area to contribute to the achievement of sales office and department goals.
- Engage and coordinate with internal/external members and partners as necessary to advance business operations.
- Maintain a consistently positive attitude within the sales office, offering necessary comments and proposals.
- Enhance the quality and quantity of activities to realize area plans by involving supervisors, headquarters members, and co-promotion partners, contributing to the sales office in both performance and activity aspects.
- Communicate closely with colleagues and supervisors, providing advice to achieve results. Verify these results and apply them to future actions.
- Engage and coordinate with internal/external members and partners as necessary to advance business operations.
- Compliance & Integrity: Constantly check and understand the latest industry rules and Sanofi Policy, reflect on personal actions, and incorporate feedback from supervisors and sales office members into daily activities.
- Completion of post-marketing surveillance, side effect/complaint handling, etc.: Ensure reliable monitoring and appropriate operation of compliance items such as GVP, GPSP, safety information, OUG, quality control, and fair price maintenance.
- Contribution to society through products: Continuously develop appropriate promotions and disease awareness initiatives, contributing to society by delivering products to all patients in need as quickly as possible.
- Proactively engage in activities to improve the sales office work environment, contributing to a workplace where everyone can perform at a high level.
About you
Experience Requirements:
- Experience working with myeloma-related products or specialty care products.
- Knowledge and experience in the relevant therapeutic area (hematology).
- Experience with facilities where KOLs/AOLs are affiliated and experience in speaker development.
- Ability to enjoy working in new environments.
Essential Skills and Education/Qualifications Required:
- Basic business skills (communication, presentation, negotiation, etc.)
- Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Driver's license (in principle)
- MR Certification (in principle)
- While not required at this time, a willingness to learn and improve English proficiency is expected.
