Office & Team Manager

Part timeHybrid · Munich, Germany

Munich, Germany · Permanent part-time (24–28 hours/week, 4 days) · Office Management

About the Role

Do you make sure that the daily office routine, travel and organisational matters run reliably in the background? Do you think ahead, recognise needs early and take responsibility on your own – rather than just getting tasks done? Then become our central point of contact for the team, with a focus on office management and independently organising our daily office life. The role is primarily based on site at our office on the Isar, with one home office day per week. During our Core Weeks (fixed in-office weeks for the entire team, including remote colleagues) you will of course also be on site.

Responsibilities

→ Office Management: You ensure supplies are restocked, coordinate mail and service providers, and keep our office running reliably.

→ Travel & Booking Management: You independently organise our business trips completely – from hotels and flights to rental cars – and act as the point of contact for all travel partners.

→ Events & Core Weeks: You organise team events and community formats and support shootings, workshops and our Core Weeks.

→ Administration & Finance Support: You collect receipts and invoices, support preparatory bookkeeping and keep our processes cleanly structured.

→ Onboarding & People Support: You make sure new team members have everything they need from day 1.

→ Operations Support: You obtain quotes, coordinate service providers and identify opportunities for improvement in our processes.

Qualifications

→ You bring 2–5 years of experience in office management, in an assistant role or a comparable organisational role.

→ You work in a structured way, think ahead and independently take responsibility for your areas.

→ You communicate clearly and reliably and are a dependable point of contact for the team and service providers.

→ You work confidently with digital tools and quickly familiarise yourself with new systems.

→ You speak very good German and confident English.

Benefits

→ Responsibility from day one and plenty of room for your own ideas

→ Part-time with 24–28 hours per week spread over 4 days, including 1 home office day per week

→ A modern and beautiful office directly on the Isar

→ A growing startup with flat hierarchies and short paths

→ The opportunity to actively shape organisational structures

→ A motivated team that can rely on you
