Overview
You will join the Telecommunications area, within the Networking context, contributing to the evolution and management of network infrastructure through Network Automation, Network Infrastructure as Code and NetDevOps practices. You will support technical teams in monitoring, troubleshooting, designing, developing and managing automations for enterprise and mission-critical environments.
What you will do
- Support the design and development of Network Automation solutions
- Build scripts, playbooks and pipelines with Python, Ansible, Terraform, Git and REST APIs
- Contribute to NOC activities: monitoring, alert analysis, troubleshooting, incident management and escalation
- Analyse network events and anomalies, supporting the identification of causes and the restoration of service
- Manage Git repositories and technical documentation
- Integrate automations with CMDB, IPAM, monitoring, CI/CD and ticketing systems
- Define templates, reusable components and automation models
- Support testing, validation, audit trail and rollback
- Collaborate with architecture, operations, security, cloud, application and technology partner teams
Who we are looking for
If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in NOC or Network Operations
- Experience in networking, Network Operations and infrastructure automation
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, VPN, firewalling and subnetting
- Knowledge of NOC processes: monitoring, alerting, incident management, troubleshooting and escalation
- Ability to analyse anomalies and network issues using monitoring tools
- Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages
- Familiarity with Ansible, Terraform, REST API, YAML, JSON, Git and CI/CD
- Knowledge of the principles of Network Infrastructure as Code
- Good command of the English language
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or equivalent paths.
Preferred elements:
- Certifications in networking, cloud, automation, DevOps or programming
- Significant professional or academic experience in international contexts
