Job Description
Join the Finance Technology department and lead projects and maintenance of financial tools deployed to affiliates
-
Lead the project to provide collection and outstanding balances for the management company (planning, milestone tracking, risks and dependencies, executive reporting).

Maintain and improve financial tools made available to affiliates:
-
CODA accounting tool.

Internal billing tracking tool.
-
Ensure data quality, controls and associated documentation.

Participate in continuous improvement of finance processes and user interfaces.

Prepare and present deliverables (project plans, progress reports, risks, budgets) to management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Functional Skills:
-
Asset management and liability management in a financial context.
-
Mastery of accounting tools; knowledge of CODA and developments related to electronic invoicing (a plus).

Knowledge of billing processes
-
Operational English (teams in Portugal and India).
Technical Skills
-
SQL (queries, data manipulation, quality checks).

Power BI (report/dashboard development, data analysis, storytelling for business users).
