🎯 Role Mission

In the Growth team, we are responsible for enabling sustainable business growth. To achieve this:

  1. We monitor key performance indicators.

  2. We identify optimization opportunities in operations.

  3. We design and implement strategies aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

As a Marketplace Pricing & Revenue Analyst, your challenge will be to ensure that our marketplace generates maximum value for passengers and drivers through strategic decisions on pricing, trip allocation, incentives, and other key levers to balance supply and demand.

  • Identifying opportunities to maximize value in the Marketplace, both in the short and long term.

  • Aligning each initiative with the overall business strategy.

  • Using your analytical skills to detect key insights and transform them into high-impact actions.

  • Collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure proper implementation of designed strategies.

🧩 What we need from you

  • Analytical mindset: structured, detail-oriented, and proactive.

  • Business vision: ability to connect technical analysis with tangible results.

  • Experience with data visualization tools (preferably Tableau).

  • Valuable knowledge in Python, R, or SQL for advanced analysis and data manipulation.

  • Effective communication skills to influence key decisions and generate impact.
