Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, review, and refine marketing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations in Japanese, leveraging deep knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Work collaboratively with the customer's team to provide high-quality input and feedback that enhances AI model training and evaluation processes.
- Translate and adapt marketing content to ensure linguistic and cultural accuracy for Japanese-speaking audiences.
- Analyze and critique marketing materials for clarity, effectiveness, and brand alignment, contributing expert insights on best practices.
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity while managing sensitive project information.
- Document and report on project outcomes, providing structured feedback to improve AI learning and documentation practices.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in both written and verbal formats.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Native-level Japanese language proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and hands-on experience with marketing documentation.
- Fortune 500 company experience or exposure to high-standard, global marketing environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with demonstrable expertise creating professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills to assess document quality and effectiveness.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality work on tight deadlines in a remote, collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Located in the US or with significant understanding of US-Japan business contexts.
- Experience working on projects involving AI, digital transformation, or technology-driven marketing initiatives.
