In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. This opportunity is designed for professionals with backgrounds in marketing strategy, commercial planning, sales analysis, market research, or growth enablement, who are passionate about using analytical and communication skills to make a measurable impact.
Scope of Work
- Review and evaluate marketing and sales strategy decks, campaign performance reports, and commercial planning materials.
- Create detailed rubrics and feedback frameworks to assess the effectiveness of marketing and sales decks and related business content.
- Analyze market research findings and customer insights to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth.
- Develop and articulate clear, actionable recommendations for improving marketing strategies and commercial tactics, based on data-driven analysis.
- Draft concise, visually-rich presentations and summaries to communicate findings and recommendations with clarity and impact.
- Participate in the review and refinement of dashboards, performance metrics, and analytical reports to ensure business relevance and usability.
- Contribute domain-specific expertise to support the training and evaluation of AI-powered business tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing strategy, product marketing, growth management, commercial strategy, sales operations, or market research.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a keen eye for detail and clarity in both analysis and presentation.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; comfortable working with campaign reports, dashboards, research data, and business cases.
- Demonstrated ability to review and create visually engaging business content and presentations.
- Familiarity with rubric creation, qualitative feedback frameworks, or evaluation methods is a plus.
- Proficiency with marketing, analytics, or business intelligence tools (such as Excel, Tableau, or similar platforms).
- Backgrounds such as Marketing Manager, Growth Manager, Product Marketing Manager, Sales Operations Manager, Commercial Strategy Manager, or Market Research Analyst are highly valued.
