Key responsibilities:
- Participate in the preparation, analysis, negotiation, and drafting of complex contracts
- Contribute to internal project evaluation and implementation meetings
- Support the conduct of legal research and memoranda
- Take part in monitoring new regulations
- Participate in the preparation of presentations on current topics
- Participate in the development of training materials
About you
- Technical and interpersonal skills: curiosity, rigor, proactive approach. Mastery of contract drafting techniques, experience in a law firm or legal department
- Education: Master's degree (bac+5) in business law or healthcare law
- Languages: fluent English
