Join Lunii as a Lawyer!
As part of our Management team, you will support Lunii across a varied legal scope, with a strong focus on intellectual property. As a true partner to our Publishing division, you will also work on business law matters, particularly in contracts, commercial law, and consumer law.
Your main responsibilities

Support our Publishing division on its intellectual property legal challenges.

Draft, review, negotiate, and manage the follow-up of various contracts in support of internal teams.

Advise teams on intellectual property, trademark law, commercial law, and consumer law matters.

Support teams in their projects to identify legal risks and propose appropriate solutions.

Oversee external law firms working on our intellectual property matters (copyright, trademark law) as well as commercial law and consumer law issues.

Participate in the management of certain pre-litigation matters and ensure legal security for Lunii's new projects.

Serve as GDPR point of contact and support teams on personal data protection matters.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes, contract templates, and legal tools.

Our ideal profile

You have a minimum of 4 years of experience as a lawyer, with specialization in intellectual property, ideally acquired within a company or in an operational environment working closely with business teams.

You are proficient with standard office tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office).

You are comfortable in a context where issues are varied, where you need to prioritize, make decisions, and move forward pragmatically.

You have solid knowledge of intellectual property, trademark law, commercial law, and consumer law.

Autonomous and with good judgment, you know how to take ownership of your matters, identify risks, and mobilize the right contacts, both internal and external.

Recognized for your rigor, analytical skills, and writing abilities, you enjoy making law accessible to teams and proposing clear, concrete, and context-appropriate solutions.

Contract: Permanent position - Management level - Full-time with flexible working hours.
