Join Lunii as a Key Account Manager!
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will join the Sales team to develop Lunii's business with our distributor partners in France and internationally.
Your main role will be to manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts, building strong commercial relationships with our distributors and identifying new growth opportunities for Lunii.
Your main responsibilities will be:

Develop Lunii's business with our major retail accounts (specialized retailers, multi-specialists).

Build and maintain strong partnership relationships with our customers and prospects.

Negotiate and manage annual commercial agreements in compliance with commercial policy and defined budgets.

Ensure monitoring and development of key accounts: product listing, promotional operations, in-store and online visibility...

Track commercial performance indicators (sell-in, sell-out, stock levels, commercial operation performance).

Analyze sales performance and propose action plans to support account growth.

Produce regular reporting on commercial performance and share analyses with internal teams.

Identify new distribution and commercial development opportunities.

Be regularly present in the field: customer visits, meetings with in-store teams, participation in trade shows...

Work closely with Trade Marketing, Marketing, Production, Management, and Customer Relations teams to ensure proper execution of commercial actions.

Our ideal profile

You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial development in a retail or distribution environment with initial experience in key account management (specialized retailers, multi-specialists, GMS/GSS or e-commerce).

You are comfortable with commercial negotiations and managing annual agreements.

You master Excel / Google Sheets and are comfortable with commercial data analysis.

You speak English fluently, both orally and in writing.

You are results and commercial performance-oriented, with a good understanding of sales KPIs. You enjoy fieldwork and customer relationships and know how to build lasting partnerships.

Your analytical skills and commercial acumen enable you to identify new development opportunities.
Regular travel is expected.

What we offer
