Job Description
The Analyst will support Sales Enablement initiatives, focusing on commercial communication and sales team training. The position aims to contribute to the organization, execution, and continuous improvement of content, training, and processes that support commercial performance.
Qualifications
Key responsibilities
- Support the creation, review, and publication of communications for the sales team (emails, Teams, newsletters, and support materials);
- Ensure standardization, clarity, and consistency of messages;
- Support the management and updating of content on internal platforms;
- Provide operational support for training sessions (invitations, attendance lists, materials);
- Support the creation and updating of training content and support materials;
- Monitor participation and engagement indicators for training sessions;
- Support the management of the communication and training calendar;
- Ensure adherence to processes and workflows defined by the department.
Qualifications
- Higher education degree completed or in progress in Communication, Marketing, Administration, or related fields;
- Differentiators: Previous experience with internal communication, training, or supporting commercial areas; Familiarity with content platforms or LMS (e.g., Seismic, SharePoint);
- Basic knowledge of engagement metrics; Interest in digital tools and innovation;
- Advanced English (desirable);
- Organization and attention to detail;
- Proactivity and sense of responsibility;
- Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to handle multiple demands;
- Ease of working in a team and with different areas;
- Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Collaboration tools (Teams or similar).
