Based in our Düsseldorf office, you will support our locations in Munich and Frankfurt through first-class on-site and remote support. In addition, you will provide remote support for our new location in Warsaw and travel there regularly – usually once a month – to assist with technical issues and support requirements on-site.

In this role, work is generally performed on-site at the office five days a week.

Your Tasks

·Ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of all IT-related hardware and systems in day-to-day business

·Remote or on-site support for the rapid resolution of technical issues – primarily in Düsseldorf, but also in Frankfurt and Munich – for all employees, from partners to student assistants

·Configuration, updating, and support of laptops and mobile phones

·Resolution of system or software issues, including conference room equipment

·Leading IT onboarding and offboarding for new employees – with the goal of providing the best possible service and ensuring everyone is well-equipped and trained

·Close cooperation with other business operations teams such as Workplace Management, HR, Finance, and Business Development to ensure smooth processes and the best service for the lawyers

·Participation in project rollouts intended to drive transformative changes within the company

·Adherence to regular working hours of 40 hours per week in a rotating shift system (Monday to Friday), with flexible start times between 08:00 and 10:00 and end times between 17:00 and 19:00 – including a one-hour lunch break

Your Profile

·Fluent German and English skills

·Experience in an IT support role with direct customer contact, ideally in a corporate environment

·Strong customer orientation and the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels

·Troubleshooting skills for Windows 10/11, Office 2016+, Microsoft 365, laptops, iPhones, iPads, printers, and network devices

·Proficiency in ticket and service management systems

·Willingness to continuously develop technical skills.
