Your Tasks
You will accompany our specialists in their daily work and be assigned diverse and exciting tasks. You will be responsible for the planning and configuration of IT systems. This includes installing and setting up hardware components, operating systems, and networks according to customer requirements. When malfunctions occur, you will be on hand with modern diagnostic systems to help users with application problems. In the first year of your apprenticeship, you will rotate through all six teams of the Enterprise IT Services department – here you will learn from the best and can continuously expand and deepen your knowledge. In the second year, you will work more independently and rotate every 4 months through the teams in the IT & Administration Services department. As your apprenticeship progresses, your responsibility will increase: by the third year, you will know your strengths and contribute them daily to a team that suits you. In this team, you will also work on your final project, which we will continuously support professionally and mentally at all times. During your apprenticeship, we enable you to acquire certifications in the technical field. On one hand, this validates the quality of our training, and on the other, the content taught in the certification courses will help you with your final exams.
The fact that our training is among the best is shown by numerous successes in recent years: We have been awarded multiple times by the IHK Stuttgart for particularly good performance – and in the past 2025 graduating class, we even trained the Federal Best Specialist in Digital Networking. We are very proud of these achievements!
Must Haves
A convincing secondary school leaving certificate (Realschulabschluss) or a good advanced technical college entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife). High school graduates (Abiturienten) are also very welcome. You paid close attention in German, English, and Mathematics, and your grades show it. You already have a driver's license for cars.

Especially in IT, this is an important building block for leaving the smallest possible ecological footprint
- Social responsibility: Sustainability is part of our DNA. We have committed ourselves to a binding environmental protection concept with which we save 180 tons of CO2 annually. In our in-house repair center, we also focus on repairing instead of disposing, saving many tons of electronic waste every year. An important side effect: by repairing used devices and making them available on the secondary market, people with a low budget can also afford good IT. This makes us particularly proud!
