Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and delivering IT and digital transformation projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets and business objectives;
- Managing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through implementation and post-launch;
- Identifying and promoting opportunities for digitalization, automation and optimization of banking processes;
- Coordinating multidisciplinary teams made up of IT specialists, business line representatives and external suppliers;
- Monitoring project progress, managing risks and implementing the measures needed to achieve committed results;
- Ensuring effective collaboration with stakeholders and transforming business requirements into digital solutions with added value;
- Actively contributing to the implementation of strategic initiatives for technological development and innovation.
Candidate Requirements:
- Higher education in information technology, management, economics or other relevant fields;
- Relevant experience in IT project management, preferably in banking, fintech or financial services;
- Practical experience in implementing digital products and solutions, mobile applications, fintech platforms or automation projects;
- Solid understanding of business processes and the ability to align technology initiatives with organizational objectives;
- Developed managerial skills and experience coordinating teams and stakeholders;
- Initiative, proactive approach and a focus on identifying development opportunities;
- Strong orientation towards delivery, results and creating business value;
- Analytical, planning, prioritization and decision-making skills in a dynamic environment;
- Excellent communication, negotiation and collaboration skills.
